Cars are a fundamental part and parcel of the American culture and lifestyle. Most American households own at least one car. Most workers commute to and from work using their cars. It is for this reason that an event that is wholly dedicated to celebrating the significance of cars in the American culture is by all means necessary.
This is the role that the Hot Ride Mondays is designed to play. It is basically a car show which is held to showcase the various cars that are in vogue in our time. It brings together both car owners and car enthusiasts. It is also a time to socialize with the other attendees besides relaxing.
Most car dealers and manufacturers also take advantage of this event to conduct research n their upcoming models. They also use the event to test their new products in order to gauge the reactions that the prospective customers will have when they buy their cars. This helps them to better design their cars in such a way as to respond appropriately to the needs of the target market.
Unlike most other shows of its kind that are held on an annual basis, this one is held once a week. It is held every Mondays from around 5 pm till dusk from the last Monday of June to the last Monday of August. The upcoming events shall commence on June 25th and shall conclude on June 27th, 2018.
Participants and spectators alike are required to part with $10 to enter the venue. This is to cater for the refreshments, and beverages served. Otherwise, the whole event is in fact free-of-charge. This amount is payable at the entrance. You may also wish to reserve a place at the venue beforehand and pay it in advance.
The event is held at the Pennysaver Amphitheater at Bald Hill. The facility is located at the 55 South Bicycle Path, Farmingville, NY 11738 address. Due to an expected surge of attendees, the event organizers make deliberate efforts to provide overflow parking facilities. The Brookhaven Town Hall parking lot provides this overflow support.
During the shows, the car owners basically park their cars in the designated parking lots. Car enthusiasts walk into the parks and observe their outstanding characteristics. They may take photos, videos, ask questions, and just observe the cars and walk away. Some of the unique features are abnormally large tire sizes, breathtaking appearances, exceptionally large sizes, rare qualities, and so on. There are no prizes to be worn or gifts to be given out. This again sets the event apart from others of its kind.
This is an event that an aspiring car owner inevitably has to attend. This is because it gives car owners a peek into what they may generally anticipate by opting for a given car. Such a visit is particularly a must if the car in question is one that is rare, no longer in vogue, or very expensive. These kinds of cars are the ones that are more likely to cost a lot.
